Print out our Registration & Information Form. Fill it out completely. Be sure to indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of workshop dates. Fax it to us. You will receive a confirmation fax of your scheduled workshop date. Then simply mail your enrollment form to us along with your tuition check. A complete workshop packet with a welcome letter, maps, and more will be mailed to you.
