We are planning a route that will be both challenging and rewarding and will follow a circuitous path from SoCal to Carson City, Nevada. At this time in the planning stages we intend to meet at the Hampton Inn in Lancaster on Saturday evening, July 21. After a good night's rest we will head north to Tehachapi, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and then farther north over several Sierra Mountain passes and finally to our destination. Most likely our route will take you over roads you haven't ridden before, scenery you haven't seen before and overnight stops you haven't been to before. Plan on resting for the night at an old stage stop, a mountain resort and even a hot spring.
If you have the time, are tired of wearing out the center of your tires, are looking for some excitement, camaraderie and a scenic ride through miles of the best roads California has to offer, we invite you to join us.
